Our most recent production concept contracted Merryfield to design and manufacture on behalf of one of the UK's leading pvc manufacturer here in the North of England a production line to increase their efficiency in the manufacture of a new pvc derived product.

This revolutionary product would enable our client to compete for world wide contracts.

Machine design and manufacture for this special application was the sole responsibility of the Merryfield Group's Technical Department who not only produced machines of intricate design but were also able through the group format to provide full steel fabrication systems, engineering machining, pneumatic, electronic and electrical services and a full installation package.

Indeed a very successful Turnkey Engineering Operational Contract. From their new empty factory shell to full production was solely designed and manufactured in-house by Merryfield Engineering Group.
